It is not a real estate broker, agent or finder. It does not hold listings, arrange or negotiate sales, handle contracts, take deposits or run escrow, and it earns no commission on any sale.

Founding Partners, partners and advertisers pay a flat advertising fee, which never depends on inquiries, clicks or sales. Their pages and listings are paid advertising, and each advertiser is responsible for its own licenses, permits and the accuracy of its listings. Always confirm a property, its price and its availability directly with the licensed agency or developer, and never send money to TheMiddleEast.com for any property.

We work hard to keep every page accurate, and we check details against official sources. But hotels open and close, star ratings change, flight schedules move, and visa and residency rules are revised. Opening dates marked Opening or To be confirmed are targets, not promises. Always confirm details with the hotel, airline, operator or official authority, and check the US State Department's current travel advice before you go. See our standard for how we label status.
