Wynn Al Marjan Island is an integrated resort combining a luxury hotel tower, restaurants, entertainment, a beach and meeting spaces on Al Marjan Island. Wynn has said construction is moving quickly, with hotel rooms in interior fit-out as of mid-2026.
It is the first integrated resort in the UAE to receive a commercial gaming license, granted in 2024.
The tower rising on the island is already visible from much of the coast, and the resort is expected to include several restaurants, a spa, retail, a ballroom and a long beachfront. Wynn is known for its five-star hotels in Las Vegas, Macau and Boston, and this will be its first resort in the Middle East.

Fly into Dubai, about 12 to 13 hours nonstop from New York, then drive north. The best months are November to March.

Ras Al Khaimah is the UAE's northernmost emirate on the Gulf coast, known for its beaches, mountains and calm pace. Al Marjan Island is a group of four coral-shaped man-made islands reaching into the sea, already home to beach resorts and new residences. The Wynn tower is expected to become the emirate's defining landmark and a new reason to visit.
The emirate's tourism plan aims to grow visitor numbers strongly by 2030, with new hotels, a larger airport and more attractions around Jebel Jais.
Ras Al Khaimah has history to match its beaches: the old town, the Dhayah Fort with its views over palm groves, and Jazirat Al Hamra, a well-preserved pearling village. Desert lodges in the dunes, golf at Al Hamra and mountain hiking round out a stay.
Wynn also brings its signature approach to dining and service, and the resort is expected to include a wide range of restaurants and lounges. For the region's other landmark openings, see amazing things being built, and for golf, our golf guide.
